Black fills

Black cooling tower fills are engineered, corrugated PVC or PP media designed to maximize the air-water contact surface area within a tower, increasing cooling capacity by roughly 100 times. Typically available in honeycomb or splash-type patterns, these durable, black-colored fills (often UV-protected) promote uniform film formation, creating high heat-transfer efficiency while resisting algae growth and high temperatures.
